Biography

Chris is the head of the Real Property & Conveyancing team at White Cleland. He also acts as general counsel for several government agencies and various institutional clients including schools, hospitals, retirement villages and housing cooperatives.

Chris has an extensive practice in property law and conveyancing, particularly in the areas of property development and high volume institutional conveyancing. He has broad experience in areas including planning law, building and construction law, commercial agreements and litigation.

Chris is actively involved in the local community and serves on various boards and committees for schools and other community organisations. His work in this area has been recognised in awards received from the Frankston City Council and the Victorian Law Foundation.

Biography

Rod is an accredited business law specialist with 12 years experience as a commercial lawyer. Rod provides sound, client-focused legal services to a variety of commercial clients including ASX listed companies, Australian subsidiaries of international companies and small to medium sized Australian businesses.

Rod's practice involves preparing or reviewing and advising on a variety of contracts including sale of business agreements, terms of trade and construction agreements, advising on trade practices issues and commercial leasing.

Rod is also the vice president of his children's school council.

Rob Knight brings substantial experience in the law generally and particular expertise in his practice areas, focusing upon the need of our clients for a keen analysis of the problems and issues at hand, sympathetic advice as to the most focused and efficient outcome and application of our legal standing to assist in achieving those ends, with appropriate communication at all times.
