Biography

Chris is the head of the Private Client Services team at White Cleland. He has worked continuously in the area of private client services for over 25 years and now oversees much of the work undertaken by White Cleland in this area.

For many years Chris was accredited as a Family Law Specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria. He has also worked extensively in wills, probate and estate administration. More recently, Chris' work has been focused on property law and conveyancing matters where he manages or directly supervises a large number of transactions each year.

Chris is actively involved in the local community and serves on various boards and committees for schools and other community organisations. His work in this area has been recognised in awards received from the Frankston City Council and the Victorian Law Foundation.

Biography

Rod is an accredited business law specialist with 12 years experience as a commercial lawyer. Rod works in specialised areas within our Private Client Services team.

Rod's work in this area involves preparing trust deeds and preparing or reviewing and advising on retail or commercial leases. Rod also advises on the stamp duty consequences of transferring properties between related entities.

Rod is also the vice president of his children's school council.

Rob Knight brings substantial experience in the law generally and particular expertise in his practice areas, focusing upon our clients' need for a keen analysis of the problems and issues at hand, sympathetic advice as to the most focused and efficient outcome and application of our legal standing to assist in achieving those ends, with appropriate communication at all times.

He applies these principles in all his areas of practice.
