Amanda works in specialised areas within our Private Client Services team.
Amanda's work in this area is focused on providing advice and assistance to clients regarding Family Law, Domestic Relationships and related issues. This includes issues relating to arrangements for the care of children following the breakdown of a relationship, the division of property between spouses and domestic partners, including same sex relationships, financial support in respect of spouses and children, and divorce.
Amanda is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law section of the Law Council of Australia and various other professional associations as well as serving in a voluntary capacity as a solicitor in Community Legal Centres.
