White
Cleland is a member of AIDN and has a strong focus on providing legal
services to the Australian defence industry, particularly SMEs. We
have extensive involvement in defence-related matters, particularly
in the Offsets area. Malcolm Taylor's achievements in this specialised
area have been recognised in an invitation from the Minister for Defence
to sit on the Defence Exporters' Council.
Recent major defence projects in which Malcolm has advised tenderers
on their industry programs include Air 87 and Air 9000. Mary-Ann van Ballekom
is a serving member of the AIDN-Vic Executive Committee and the AIDN representative
on the Defence Material Organisation's Contracting Policy & Operations Branch,
Configuration Management Board.
