The team conducts IP audits, provides strategic advice and IP portfolio management, oversees Australian and international IP registrations, assists with commercial negotiations, licensing and other document preparation and handles disputes, infringement advice and court representatiom.

Our team also conducts the DiiPAT (Defence Industry Intellectual Property Assistance and Training) Program, delivering free IP seminars and in-company consultations to eligible defence SMEs across Australia.
