Wright Smiths Lawyers

Lindsay Warren and his team at Wright Smiths Lawyers are pleased to announce the merger of their firm with White Cleland on 1 July 2011. This will be an exciting and beneficial development for all clients of Wright Smiths but with no interruption to the personal service and facilities you currently enjoy.

The current "Wright Smiths office" will continue to operate in Rosebud as it has to date. All telephone and facsimile numbers will remain unchanged. Any Wills, certificate of titles or other documents that Wright Smiths presently holds for you in our strong room will remain at the Rosebud office of the new merged firm.

White Cleland has been operating in Frankston for in excess of 50 years and since 1986 has also operated from an office in central Melbourne.

The merged firm will have a total workforce of approximately 45 with approximately 25 of those being lawyers or legal executives. The new merged firm will practice from 3 principal locations at Rosebud, Frankston and Melbourne. In addition, the current practice where we are available to meet with clients at our Mornington office on Thursdays will continue.

You will find full details of White Cleland, its history, resources and services by clicking through the various pages and tabs on this web site. The merged Wright Smiths White Cleland will enable us to offer existing Wright Smiths clients a much broader range of legal services that we have not previously had the resources to offer. In some areas of law in which Wright Smiths presently practices we will be able to offer more specialised services as a result of the merger. Key areas of law in which the new merged firm will practice are listed at the end of this page.

We look forward to the opportunity to continue to work with you in the future. If you have any questions or queries in relation to the merger that will occur on 1 July 2011 then please do not hesitate to contact us.
