Jeremy is a lawyer in the Commercial Services team. Jeremy has many years of experience, working as a commercial lawyer both in private practice and as an in-house commercial legal counsel in Australia and the United Kingdom. As legal counsel he has worked for companies engaged in the sectors of e-commerce, IT and travel. Jeremy also worked for a number of years in the media industry as a film and television producer.

Jeremy strives to provide advice that is accurate, insightful and practical, recognising the uniqueness of each client’s circumstances.

Jeremy’s practice is primarily focused on constructing and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and transactions, advising on commercial leasing and constructing terms of trade.
