Gareth works in our litigation team and is based in our Melbourne office.

Gareth has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation disputes in the Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates Courts, and also in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Gareth also acts on behalf of insolvency practitioners in relation to various post-insolvency claims in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court.
